Submit two complete sets of folded plans, two sets of calculations and one complete set in PDF format. Provide additional plans if more than one approved set are required for your use. 

Fees

• Plan Review Fees - $75.00 per Riser
• Inspection and Testing -$55.00 per Hour
• Total Sprinkler Head Count: _ - $0.50 per Sprinkler Head
• Additional inspection and testing fees of $55.00/hour will be invoiced at project completion.
