Farnlun Park
Farnlun Park occupies a narrow strip of land adjacent to the Ketchum-Sun Valley Wastewater Treatment Plant. The park land and amenities were donated to the city by the Oscar Smith Farnlun family in 2009. An interpretive sign at the park tells the story of the historic cattle ranching family. The area is bordered by Meadow Circle, River Ranch Road and the Wood River Trail bike path at the far southern reaches of the city. Fly angler access points to the world famous free-stone, catch-and-release Big Wood River may be found off Meadow Circle and River Ranch Road.
