PROJECT SUMMARY: A Design Review amendment for the Leadville Trading commercial development that is under construction at 211 N Leadville Ave. The development received initial Design Review approval on April 11, 2023, and a building permit was issued on August 22, 2023. The applicant is requesting modifications to the exterior materials on the northern and western elevation walls and to the cornice detail around the building.

PROJECT SUMMARY: A Design Review application for the development of a new 6,039 square foot two story commercial development at 211 N Leadville Ave. The proposed development includes ground floor restaurant space, second floor office space, and associated parking and storage. A Conditional Use Permit to allow for on-site parking above and beyond what is required in the Ketchum Municipal Code. Due to the type and size of uses, no parking is required. The applicant is requesting three on-site parking spaces accessed from the alley.
