A Resolution of the City Council of the City of Ketchum, Idaho authorizing the Mayor to execute an agreement with the Idaho Department of Water Resources to provide funding for the City, in an amount not to exceed $7,500, to hire a subcontractor to conduct a preliminary feasibility study of the potential expansion of Guyer Hot Springs for new heating uses in the Warm Springs Area as well as in Downtown Ketchum
