A Resolution of the City Council of the City of Ketchum, Idaho determining that the proposed building for the Sun Valley Center for the Arts and Humanities be located on Lot 1, Simplot Subdivision is intended solely for public or semi public uses and shall be considered a "civic building" pursuant to KMC Section 17.64.010.K.2 for the purposes of design review
