A Resolution of the City Council of the City of Ketchum, Idaho, authorizing the Mayor to execute a protocol agreement for mental holds and involuntary mental commitment proceedings entered into by Blaine County, Blaine County Prosecuting Attorney's Office, Blaine County Sheriff's Office, the Cities of Bellevue, Hailey, Ketchum, and Sun Valley, the Idaho Department of Health and Welfare, and St. Luke's Wood River Medical Center
