A Resolution of the City Council of the City of Ketchum, Idaho, authorizing the Mayor to execute an agreement with the James and Barbara Cimino Charitable Foundation setting forth the duties of the Foundation and the City with respect to Lots 3 and 4 in Block 6 of the City of Ketchum, Blaine County, Idaho and to dedicate the property for use as a City park
