An Ordinance of the City of Ketchum, Blaine County, Idaho, repealing and replacing Title 17, Chapter 17.127, Signage to remove and replace all content based regulations; and amending Chapter 17.12, Establishment of Districts and Zoning Matrices, Section 17.12.040 Dimensional Standards, Community Core District Matrix to add provisions for roof top equipment and structures, add minimum lot size and to clarify dimensional standards for building height, setbacks and cantilevered decks
