An Ordinance of the City of Ketchum, Blaine County, Idaho, granting to Obras L.L.C., a ten (10) year non-exclusive franchise to collect and transport solid residential and commercial waste within the City of Ketchum in accordance with the waste collection services agreement between the City of Ketchum and Obras, LLC, DBA Clear Creek Disposal, dated May 2, 2011
