Ketchum Urban Renewal Plan

The Ketchum Urban Renewal Plan was developed and adopted by the Ketchum City Council in 2006, and updated in 2010.  The KURA was then formed to implement the projects identified in the plan.  They focus on, but are not limited to, the following:

  • Public infrastructure and public improvements
  • Economic development and job creation
  • Community Housing and redevelopment

The update in 2010 was made to include the newly annexed River Run property into the amended Revenue Allocation Area.  The Plan now calls for a partnership between the KURA and the developers on important infrastructure investments, such as roads and utilities.
