Downtown Master Plan

The Downtown Master Plan is a key strategic document guiding the future development of our downtown.  This two-year planning process brought business and community members together to create a blueprint for the future.  It was this Downtown Master Plan that brought forward the concept of the creation of an urban renewal district in Ketchum.  Legacy projects resulting from the Downtown Master Plan include the Fourth Street Heritage Corridor, the Town Square, and Downtown Wayfinding/Signage.  The KURA contributed $92,450 of the $366,890 total cost of the Downtown Master Plan.
