The Ketchum Urban Renewal Agency updated its guiding document, the Urban Renewal Plan, in 2010. Key changes included the incorporation of the River Run property into the Urban Renewal Revenue Allocation Area, and identification of capital development for two hospitality projects: Bald Mountain Lodge and Sun Valley Company River Run Base Area Redevelopment. The updated plan calls for a partnership between the KURA and the developer on important infrastructure investments such as roads and utilities. The plan update contract for services equaled $88,245.
